What does the Forever Guarantee cover?
Your GROUNDD xpress is designed to be repaired, not replaced. Manufacturing defects are covered with component replacement for up to 5 years — and replacement parts will always be available.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The borosilicate glass, Tritan lid and stainless steel filter are all dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the plunger, skirt and walnut sleeve.

Lid Assembly
When the Base, Top and seals are combined it forms the Lid assembly. As a pair they work to deliver the beverage to your mouth with comfort and familiarity. It was essential that the product felt right on your lips, no sharp edges, no lining up little mouth holes, no slurping or residual left over. Even the height and profile of the edge has been designed with 0.2mm precision.
The heigh of the profile fits the ergonomics of most faces, and we tested it on a lot of faces…
Fluid dynamics were modeled to ensure the liquid breaks off the edge and doesn’t drip down the body of the cup. Again not by accident but serving you with convenience.
Rinse after use, dishwasher safe.
