Buy a GROUNDD xpress, use it, then show us. Add a video to your review and we refund half of what you paid for the cup.
How it works
- Order your GROUNDD xpress at groundd.com.au.
- Use it for a couple of weeks.
- When our review email arrives, write your honest review and add a video.
- We check the video against the rules below and refund 50% of the cup price to the card you paid with, within 7 days of approval.
The rules
- One refund per customer, on one order, placed at groundd.com.au.
- The video is your own footage and shows your GROUNDD xpress.
- Add it to your review within 60 days of delivery.
- Any honest review qualifies. The refund does not depend on how many stars you give or what you say.
- The refund is 50% of the cup price you paid after any discount, excluding shipping.
- Reviews that received the refund are shown as incentivised.
Your video
By uploading, you give GROUNDD permission to use your video and review on our website, our social channels and in our advertising, credited with your first name. You keep ownership of your footage. To withdraw permission, email hello@groundd.com.au and we will take it down within 14 days.
