Extensive testing identified optimal size of filter aperture and thickness of stainless steel plate. Made from surgical grade stainless steel 316 laser etched provides perfect apertures with no flashing. Each component has been considered a product and extensive prototyping and research has gone into P80 size distribution through the filter at ranges of grind size. This was an interesting and surprising part of the product development as the filter plays such a significant role on the flavour profile. 

Rinse after use, dishwasher safe.
