Your GROUNDD xpress is designed to be repaired, not replaced. Manufacturing defects are covered with component replacement for up to 5 years — and replacement parts will always be available.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The borosilicate glass, Tritan lid and stainless steel filter are all dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the plunger, skirt and walnut sleeve.

The real hero of the product, the core of the design and the real innovation. With the 2 opposing valves you can control when you want your brew to stop and in the case of tea, you can even change the flavor profile if you want it stronger.
This is if you want to replace your entire plunger including seals, umbrella valves, filter and stabilizer. Of course, you can also replace just the plunder and seals or the better still, the individual parts.
Rinse with water after use for cleaning we recommend handwash with soap and occasional dishwasher for deep clean.
